What do I need to to be able to rent?

We require the renter to have a current Indiana drivers license and a credit/bank issued debit card to rent.

Time out, not time used.

All of our rentals are based on time out, not time used.

Rental fees will be determined by time out relative to our set rental lengths.

What are the rental lengths?

We rent equipment in terms of 4 Hours, 1 Day, 1 Week, and 1 Month.

Rental rates and specials vary by item. If you have questions about rates for a particular item please ask your sales associate.

What are the special rates?

We offer two special rates different from the typical rental time frames.

Weekend Rate: If you rent a tool any time Saturday, it is a one day rate until 9:30 A.M. Monday morning. Metered equipment such as Bobcats are still held to 8 hours run time to qualify for the day rate.

Overnight Rate: If you rent a tool after 3:00 P.M. Monday – Friday, it is a 4 hour rate until 9:30 A.M. the following morning. Metered equipment such as Bobcats are still held to 4 hours run time to qualify for overnight rate.

If you have any questions about these rates please ask your sales associate.

What if I need my equipment longer?

If you would like to extend the length of the rental period that had originally been set up on the contract, simply call and our team can change the terms over the phone.

Do you have after hours drop-off?

We do not offer off hours drop-off.

Any equipment not returned during operating hours remains the responsibility of the renting party.
